Your Virtual Community Online
We'd like to continue to remind you to frequently check out the PPHO.org website. Its your community center online. It is updated every other month, as well as whenever there is pertinent info. We now have over 30 residents on the PPHO email list. Please don't forget to add yours to the list, if you have not done so. Call 561-0325 if you would like for it to be added right away or send your email address, name and lot # to webmaster@ppho.org.

Don't worry if you don't have email...you won't be left out of any formal or required communications, which will continue to be delivered via US Mail. However, we are able to easily and handily communicate with almost half our residents via email and this opens the door to much timelier, more frequent and less costly communications for our community.

Location: Evangelical Free Church to the rear of our neighborhood.
Your proxy's are due by March 19th. Please be sure that you send them in. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We would like to thank Mark Stiggleman for serving as President of the PPHOA Board Of Directors for the past two years. His service along with the members of the board truly helped our community in many ways. He will be stepping down this year and we are petitioning for a new HOA President.

Mark says, "We need resident involvement. Without your involvement, Plantation Pines would need to hire a Community Associations Management Company to manage our community. I feel it would take away some of the charm of Plantation Pines; however, if residents don't step up we will not have a choice. It is easy to complain and have no reasonable solutions; it is difficult to volunteer because it takes time, caring, effort and solutions, but what could be better than serving your own community?"

Aside from board members, we also need volunteers for other things, as well, such as the Architectural Control Committee, Welcoming, Grounds, Safety, Neighborhood Watch, Block Party and Light Brigade committees. More than ever before, we need our residents to help serve our beautiful community by serving and giving back to Plantation Pines.

2006-07 GOOD CITIZEN AWARD
Thank you Mark, for serving your community as President of the Plantation Pines Homeowners Association. You are doing a great job and it really shows that you care about your community!

The Good Citizen Award section of our website is to give recognition to people who have gone above and beyond the call of being a good neighbor. Too often helpful acts of volunteerism and achievement go unnoticed. This is our way of recognizing the Good Citizens of our neighborhood and to say THANK YOU!

If you know of someone you'd like to nominate for our Good Citizen Award, please email webmaster@ppho.org or email in your suggestions.

Welcome to Plantation Pines
The Plantation Pines Homeowner’s Association would like to welcome our new members to the community. We hope that you and your families will enjoy the neighborhood and nearby amenities. The so-called “Daniels Road Corridor” has become one of Lee County’s main growth areas and enjoys an ever-increasing bounty of economic, recreational, shopping, spiritual and dining opportunities. With its proximity to I-75 and the expanding International airport, Plantation Pines is poised to maintain its reputation as a desirable southwest Florida address.

Please make sure that we have your current email address if you are a resident of Plantation Pines, as well as all of your contact info for our resident directory. This allows us to provide you with more timely community updates. Send your information to webmaster@ppho.org
