Well, summertime is officially here...school is out...it's heating up and we're finally getting some much needed rainfall. Congratulations to any graduates in the neighborhood! Let us know and we'll put an announcement on the website. Also, if you'd like to list your home for sale, items for sale, businesses to refer please send us that info. You may also post and review neighborhood crime watch info on the site, as well!

We are excited with the way that the development of the PPHO website is coming along, and hope you will be too. The left and right columns of this newsletter will give you an idea of what topics are covered on the site. The site is about at the 3/4 mark. We are currently in the process of getting the documents in order for the PPHO Association Members Only section. It is our intent to make the website a truly valuable resource for all of the PP homeowners. 

In the next few weeks we have scheduled to have our front entrance re-mulched and some of the plants replaced that perished from the drought. With the rainy season upon us, hopefully our lawns and landscapes can now be rejuvenated or re-planted successfully. Check out the website for much more detailed information on lawn tips and home care in general. For example there are FREE services online that will send you email reminders to let you know exactly when and what to do next to get your lawn looking top notch!
