It is vital that we have a certain number of volunteer resident board members in order to continue to manage our board for free. If at anytime we do not meet that criteria, then we may face the possibility of having to hire an outside management firm. This of course would raise our dues exponentially. So, please remember this. If we all take a turn, then we can make sure that this does not happen.
