Plantation Pines is a small, well established community of 54 homes. The uniqueness of each home and mature landscapes with
tall pines and other graceful trees lining the street has made
this community very desirable, indeed.
The Plantation Pines
Home Owners Association was formed by the developer of this
community to preserve the beauty and curb appeal of the homes as a
whole in the neighborhood, and the common areas with the
express purpose of maintaining and enhancing property
values...something that benefits us all!
Eventually,
the developer handed over the reigns of the Home Owners
Association to the residents of this community, who then elected a
board of volunteer residents to care for what we now call the
PPHOA or PPHO for short.
Since
we do not have a clubhouse or truly habitable common area, we have
elected to create this website in order to fill that void
and to assist all present and future Plantation Pines Homeowners
Association board members in doing their job better and with more
efficiency. This will hopefully ensure that we can continue to not
only better communicate amongst ourselves, but to accurately
maintain and execute important association documents and
protocols.
The ultimate goal for this website
is really two-fold: to help the association to better serve its
members and to aid in building
community spirit. It is our intent to
make this site a truly valuable resource for our homeowners. Please
use it freely and do not hesitate to offer comments and
suggestions. We are especially looking for ways to improve and
expand this site to best serve our community!
